Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items will be exchanged if the item(s) received has any kind of defect, missing item or shipment of wrong item. 
  • The complaint has to be raised within 3 working days along with paper invoice, unboxing video and issue in order (via whatsapp or email) after receiving the parcel.
  • To secure Customer Protection Rights, Make video while 
    unboxing the order.If seal (tape) opening is not shown in the video, NO CLAIM such as DAMAGED or MISSING PRODUCT will be accepted.
  • Order containing formal and loose fabric cannot be exchange.
  • Vogue Official”  strictly follows ‘NO refund’ policy. The option of cashback is not available. However, the exchange policy is applicable on the above mentioned condition.
